[x] Add transformation of Zona labels from template to subject native space (by default, we have this template in MNI152 and MNI2009 space, so transformation may need to be performed)
[ ] Replace indicated codeblock with labelmerge
[x] Check for any necessary updates for new snakebids version

~Making a note to test flirt transformation within pipeline. (in the subcortical workflow, this was already provided by HCP)~

Ran a quick test and the transformation looks like it works and output looks good.
