Adding a button to get to the top of homepage #108

When we reach the bottom of the homepage there is no button to go back to top of the page again. I would like to add a button for the same. I'm a GSSOC participant. Could you please assign it to me?

There is already the same issue #51 given to a person and he has made a PR for the same.
