Social media panel #42

hiii I am a GSSOC 2021 participant. I noticed that no social media links are there on the website. I would suggest to add the social media links in the contact section form or as a sidebar. I can create the social media panel. Please assign me this issue. I would be glad to work on this.

I have updated the contact us section and added social media icons .I don't know the handles that's why I haven't added the link . I have attached the screenshot. Screenshot_62 So can I submit a PR now??
