Handling special characters after scraping from Play Store

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Fetching data using the code from Play Store
2. Displaying it on the browser

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The output should be displayed with special characters, but the instead garbage 
characters are shown

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Latest version on Ubuntu server
