New Machine In Fish Shop Not Accessible #272

1.6 introduced a new machine in the fish shop which allows players to choose different bobbers for their fishing. This machine menu seems inaccessible.

@ParadoxiKat I'm transferring this issue to ya. I've added arbitrary description of the bobber styles but I suppose you and JJ want to have them better described :)
