Suggestion: potentially adjust the read tile function to be able to exclude certain things from being read. #284

Some low vision players have requested the ability to edit the read tile feature to be able to stop it reading certain things. For example keeping it reading soil but being able to turn off the reading of grass. (Requested by discord user Kaitlin).
