Commands & Features pages update #333

This revamps commands and features to be much more readable, include more resources, and include the updated feature sets. In features, I added a note on how to solve the issue of your screen reader having the narration cut off after you press a key, but I only included a procedure for NVDA users. I can test on Mac OS with Voiceover, but I have no way of testing if a procedure is needed with JAWS or Linux. Contributions from those with systems who can test for those is welcome

@PepperTheVixen The PR branch is behind a commit from the dev branch, which prevents the branch to be merged in a fast forward manner. Can you sync your commandsFeaturesUpdate branch with dev branch, I suppose you would have to rebase the dev branch onto the commands branch.

The same issue is with #334 but for that PR you'll have to sync it after this PR is merged.

@khanshoaib3 Just did a rebase and pushed it. I've never done one before. Fingers crossed I did it right lol. I'll do it to the other PR once I verify I didn't break anything
