Setup & Readme update #334

This PR updates the final documentation pages for improved readability and accuracy. More info is added to the setup page to make the instructions easier to follow. The readme page has been improved to better convey what the mod is about at a glance.

Linux and Mac OS installation instructions have not been updated as I use Windows

@khanshoaib3 Rebased and added the new config items and commands from the latest beta. This /should/ bring all of the docs up to speed
