Ontology results are now saved as standard DOSE/clusterProfiler output to enable usage with enrichplot. Additionally, I've added GSEA calculations.
I've updated the related plots accordingly, and I've moved most of these plots to the Cacoa object (since their snippets were rather short).
Furthermore, I've added estimations of families and added a plotting function. The heatmap plotting function will be added soon.
