Improve the entry page for users. At the moment, there's a row for each cell label in a given dataset, which is a bit unwieldy.

Features:

links to read up on what CAP is/does, help pages, etc.
some overview of the existing annotations
entry points to search for cell annotations
may be some top lists, like most active users, repos, etc.
