Names with cirillyc symbols #13

Names with cyrillic symbols are ignored by plugins. Players can enteract/destroy anything on protected planets, they also cant use commands and cant be banned via commands. Need something to disallow players with incorrect names to join server.

Need to come back to this, especially now that CF has released the extended character sets.
