planet protect:
if the packets was an object/block/item and it be blocked, return an equal number of objects/blocks/items to the offending player inventory.
pros: players who attempt to exchange items on a protected planet don't lose their items. nor do accidental tossing of items.
cons: baddies will keep their bad items - they probably have billions more anyway so w/e
