Memories exceeded #178

I have faced a problem. Thats was some of the thumbnails were not appearing.

I have checked on my server error logs, and it was caused by the thumb.php
->
[Sun Apr 10 01:35:23 2011] [error] [client 175.143.230.70] (12)Cannot allocate
memory: couldn't create child process: /opt/suphp/sbin/suphp for
/home/user/public_html/wp-content/themes/framework/thumb.php, referer:
http://www.xxxx.com/
<-

My server's memories limit is 385mb / 20 entry. I tried to refresh the main
page, and I have monitored the meter status via cpanel. I noticed that the
memories suddenly boost up to the max from 0 to 385mb, and due to this , it
caused the error and also shortage of memories to load the thumbnail properly.
I have no idea why this happened, as I have also got 'Internal Server Error' in
the previous week.
My site was not running live yet, and it is still under construction. Is that
the TimbThumb php setting has go wrong? Please help me to figure it out.

Thank you.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
I'm not sure, it is actually an integrated function of the Wordpress theme that
I bought from ecommerceplex.com (WP-Store)

Please provide any additional information below.
I have uploaded the thumb.php that running on my site.
I have also tried to change the memory limit, cache size and etc, but still
having the same problem.

Please help me.
