Add SVN Id to timthumb.php #300

Since there are no official releases of timthumb - the version number just
increases from time to time - it would be very useful if you add an SVN Id
inside the file. That would make it easier when reporting bugs or helping other
users.

If someone says they are using version 2.8.3 right now it could be one of many
revisions...

that's true - but I don't know of an automated way to do this? The issue I have
is simply that I have to remember to update the file. If I remembered to update
the number every time I commit it would be fine, and so we wouldn't need to do
this.

I was thinking of SVN keywords - read
http://svnbook.red-bean.com/en/1.4/svn.advanced.props.special.keywords.html I
don't know of any other automated way.

I'm not sure this would have any effect on the
https://timthumb.googlecode.com/svn/trunk/timthumb.php but it would at least
help anyone checking out the file using SVN.
