Adding Lockdoor Framework

So, as you said, I fixed the 4 issues:

• [x] Branch is 8 commits behind master [Fixed]
• [x] No python installed in docker container [Fixed]
• [x] Logo as static image; not a GIF [Fixed]
• [x] Move lockdoor under Kali Web No VNC and above DVWA [Fixed]

Now, Everything is good, I tested the docker container by buidling the Dockerfile, by pulling it from docker and using Redcloud just to be sure 100%.
