Windows client python folder not found #12

Hi there, thank you for your work. I have installed python 3.7.x on Windows but I can't find the folder on c drive. Then I tried installing the previous versions 2.7.11 Still I cannot find the folder so when I enter the command on command prompt it doesn't work. Please advise
