[fix] Add x.com to permissions #281

Should fix #280, and keep the extension working after Musk fully transitions to using the stupid domain he overpaid for 30 years ago.

Note: this PR is against the 0.4.2 LLB, changes will be merged into main by #267

I did this as well and also added in a few changes in other places where we reference the domain name that would need updated along with the manifest https://github.com/kheina-com/Blue-Blocker/pull/282

Yeah, #282 seemed a bit more complete
