i. example: I want to block users that start with GFX as these are usually spam/scammers and would like to use the filter ^GFX instead of GFX appearing anywhere in their username.
Add a toggle(s) to let this setting block followers/following
i. In combination with previous suggestion, this will help remove spam followers
