Request: Add option to block gold checkmarks.

Says it all. Companies are getting around the blue block by being gold.

this already exists under the "affiliations" option. a reword is coming to be clearer

I can find no evidence that it's working. I'm sitting on the page of a gold checkmarked account and hitting refresh. None of the "skip users..." boxes are checked.

Edit: I am seeing enough in my blocked list to tell me that it works sometimes. It's possible that this is just part of the normal spottiness of when it's triggered.
