this is similar to https://github.com/kheina-com/Blue-Blocker/issues/17, but in replies. requires knowing an identifier in the html of blocked users. unfortunately, twitter's html sucks complete ass, so anything that touches it is really difficult to figure out
Apparently someone came up with a different extension to do this: https://twitter.com/jules_su/status/1656005035631820804
This does not do what I want, and still leaves stuff like "This reply was hidden" up, while I want to have the same stuff completely invisible.

this is the funniest shit I seen on twitter in a long ass time lmao

ok, so maybe a separate issue for the thing that I thought this was about, then? I think both ideas would be worthwhile.
(The title from #212 was better, but I closed that as a dup of this rather than the other way around because this one was opened first)
The big problem with blue checks is that they still get sorted to the top in replies even after being blocked, and this results in that kind of a wall:
Sometimes this takes a whole screen.
This is when anyone responds to them. I would like to request the option that completely hides these messages too, I'm fine with not reading replies to blocked users too.
Thanks!
