Added minimal api sample for ProblemDetails #174

Hey, thanks for your package, it's great for simplifying error logic.

I had a little trouble adding ProblemDetails to my minimal api project so I added an example. Hopefully it will help people struggling with issue #157

I don't have the correct sdk installed, so I'm unable to build the project, sorry in advance.
