Compatibility with the last version of doctrine and theirs bundles (I don't know what's your policy about the versions, I assume you follow dev-master ?)

Alright, can you update me on this, this brings compatibility with sf2.1?

Actually this addresses the change of the RegistryManager service id introduced by this PR : doctrine/DoctrineMongoDBBundle#134
