[x] add an app to the override list
[x] configure match threshold per app
[ ] configure startup delay per app

this is now possible in version 10, though it is a bit unintuitive.

the process is to find the wm class in the Saved Windows tab and then click IGNORE (ANY)

after this, switch to the Overrides tab and adjust the sync mode and match threshold.
