Setup test for mtny
Add example to sample file
Remove unused imports from sample and library

As I can see from travis logs, API keys don't imported for some reason, so test failed for google and bitly which requires API keys. The reason is described in this topic.

@G07cha Thanks for new PR. I got encrypted vars problem in travis that needs build off from fork. I test your commit in local, then merge it.
