Add support for riscv64, mips64el #178

Hi, The same as PR 177. I have added support for riscv64 and mips64el also: https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=1025376 Please consider to adding support for them. Any issue please let me know. thanks
