Add .nomedia file to book images folder #69

create an empty (blank) file named nomedia.txt. Move the file to your phone 
and rename it ".nomedia" (make sure you don't use any extensions and place 
the "." at the front of the files name). Place the file in the "images" 
directory in the Bookworm directory on the Droid as it has all the pics. 
This way, they WILL show in Bookworm and NOT show up in gallery. I am sure 
you knew this, but it might be nice to have on hand to tell others if it 
bothers them to have these items in the Gallery.

Make this either a preference, or just do it by default.
