App starts with blackscreen #45

Hi all, I'm using the discord-sandboxed for a while now but recently discovered that it doesn't work any more on my side (tried with windows11 pc and windows10 laptop worked before on both).

Starting the program, the interface appears but is completely black. discord

Accessing the logs has no entries as well. Is it possible to debug it somehow?

Ran into this problem recently as well. May be from discord updating their end? Tried uninstalling, cleaning up files, clearing appdata files. Restarting pc. Reinstalled and it's still a black screen.

Also During the last 2023 Halloween Discord Update, it broke discord sandboxed as well until that halloween event was over.

in the meantime I've been using discord on browser with ublock. added the science telemetry to ublock under My Filters ||discord.com/api/v/science ||discord.com/api//science

There are probably better solutions but this does work. You can even find other things to block from the source code of this. Like gif hosts etc.

Using discord sandbox is just so convenient. Because I use push to talk and refuse to install the full discord program. Without discord sandbox I can't use push to talk.
