Play support for Netflix #144

With Kodi 18 it is possible to watch Netflix videos by using plugin.video.netflix.

It would be great if this extension supported playing Netflix videos in Kodi 18.

Videos on the Netflix plugin can be played using the JSON RPC API on Kodi Leia, so this might be possible.

I’d like to take a stab at this.

I imagine the challenge would be matching the IDs between Netflix.com and the plugin
