Add youtu.be compatibility. #24

Sometimes on sites like Reddit, the user will post a shortened URL that resolves to a regular Youtube page e.g. http://youtu.be/-QhU8eMR4IQ -> https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-QhU8eMR4IQ&feature=youtu.be Unfortunately sending to xbmc with the shortened URL doesn't work. Can youtu.be be added to the list of supported sites?
