create cobertura.xml file #12

It's intended to create the cobertura.xml to test the integration into Jenkins and in particular to show the trend on Jenkins.

Currently this is related to http://jira.codehaus.org/browse/MCOBERTURA-145. I have to wait till 2.5.1 is available. (On the web-site it's there, but not in central).
