Add Norwegian (no) language #47

Hi there!

I just found your package and thought it looked great! However, for my use case, I need Norwegian language support.

I translated a bit loosely so that it sounded more Norwegian than just a word-by-word translation, but I made sure that the instruction texts matched the actual IOS instructions in Norwegian.
