Update Translation #298

This app is great, but it has almost no Traditional Chinese translation. Therefore, I tried translating it myself. The translation has been tested and is usable.

P.S. It took me a long time to debug as it was my first time installing and using Android Studio and Flutter.🤣

@xperiazu21 Thanks for the PR! Also you could use this site to translate without the hassle of checking out the code. The translation will be released together with version 3.2
