How to get JWT_SECRET and JWT_RESET_PASSWORD #2

I have update .env file but I don't know how to get JWT_SECRET and JWT_RESET_PASSWORD. Please help me to get it. Thank you

Any things you like. It's like the password that you keep it for yourself and protect your credentials.
