Rollback previous command exception not handle when just open HustleBook #4

Steps to reproduce: Open new session of HustleBook, then press up button

Expected: A messages will pop up saying that there is no previous command

Actual: No message poped and the exception was throw

Hi! Thank you for bringing up this issue. We do not intend to display any message when there are no previous commands as this keypress is a hotkey and not a command by itself. This is to help differentiate it from commands that return display messages.
