CLI database installation #69

According to issues like #54, and as another option to create the database structure, it would be great, if there is a CLI option to import the database structure directly into the database or generate a SQL file.

The command should take care of:

[x] Create tables
[x] Insert admin user
[x] Save DB connection

Changes should include:

[x] CHANGELOG.md
[x] Usage Guide

Nice to have:

[ ] Quick [composer] CMD with default values
