[BUG] users page remains on the 0th page when you create the first user #291

Describe the bug if you create a new user for the first time, the page number remains 0 and the user wouldn't be shown.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. use a fresh installation with no users
  2. go to the users page
  3. create a user

Expected behavior to see the user on page 1

Screenshots image also going to the 0th page happens when there are no users and you increase the page size
