[BUG] editing user doesn't load their expire/datalimit values correctly #329

Describe the bug when editing a user, their expire time and data limit isn't loaded

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. create a user with 5 gbs of data limit and unlimited expiry
  2. edit it

Expected behavior To see their 5gb datalimit and unlimited expire
