Description

As admin, I want to toggle the data limit instead of navigating between tabs to limit and disable data limit

Prototype

User Interface Specification

Data limit and data reset period field must be inlined and placed next to each other
Toggle on means limited, while toggle off means data limit is turned off.
They should be packed together in one card within the user mutation dialog

Technical Interface Specification

To set the data limit to unlimited and turned off you should assigne 0 to data limit
