doublet detection #16

Integration with R package that does doublet detection. Currently it is done with the python package scrublet.

This review https://www.sciencedirect.com/science/article/pii/S2405471220304592 says DoubletDetection and DoubletFinder are best. DoubletFinder is implemented to interface with Seurat.
