Create addCms function #29

We need a function to add CMs that will impose correct naming for downstream functionality. In essence, cell IDs needs correct naming with a given separator (!! as default) between sample IDs and cell IDs relevant for, e.g., plotDepth.

[x] Create addCms function
[x] Add parameter separator for relevant functions
