[FIX] Issue with file filter being applied to the notes command

There maybe a problem with /notes command and/or file filter usage. See discord message for details

To Reproduce

Test if /notes file:"/user/myuser/Khoj PDFs/TopicX/*.pdf" style commands with file filters and /notes command works

This doesn't seem to be an issue with the latest khoj cloud. File filters seem to be applied as expected
