[FIX] Documents take a long time to start indexing from desktop app #730

Describe the bug

User reported that documents added to the Khoj Desktop app take a long time to sync with their locally hosted server. Able to sync quickly for individual files in the web UI. See thread in Discord.

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Add files to the desktop application
  2. Wait for files to sync

Hey @luketych , could you provide some details on how big the file set would be, and whether you're seeing any errors in your dev tools - see how to open dev tools. Any additional info would be greatly helpful here.
