Need to add information about textures and presets to README #16

Currently there is no information regarding applying textures or presets. Need to provide sources to obtain the packages and instructions on unpacking them.

Basic information has been added about presets. Later will add custom selected presets for the Pi.... I just need time to go through the 10,000 presets (I got 6,000 left to go :))
