Tasks names are not case sensitive #3

As the name describes. I believe it should be case sensitive to prevent simple overlaps. UG can be written as Ug or ug and a user might simply forget and double add image.png

I think that this is a feature flaw because I did not take into consideration the case sensitivity of the task names, instead of a functionality bug. This does not affect normal operations and a user can easily delete the duplicate tasks. Anyway, there can be different tasks names which can refer to the same task, for example "Developer Guide" and "DG", that it is impossible for the software to distinguish whether the user is referring to the same task or not.
