Saving configuration file is not working #14

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open the application
2. Modify any configuration. Save it.
3. Close the application.
4. Open again to verify that configuration has returned to the previous 
configuration values

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect that the application would show and apply new configuration. In fact, 
I found that the configuration has been reverted.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
I am using Shollu v.3.10 on Windows 8.1

For now, try to install using administrator right, because setting was saved in 
HKLM registry.
Install using right click and select Run as administrator
