Can't update location on Windows 7 64bit #9

I've Shollu on my Windows 7 64 Bit
These what I've done
1. Open sholu
2. Go to prayer times and select city
   default value was jogja, in my case I choose 
   Indonesia > DKI Jakarta > Jakarta Pusat
3. Save

Shollu save the changes, but look like it not written on config
so the changes is not permanent. 

when I close shollu, it back to default value

Additional Info.
Shollu version : v3.10
Path install : c:\Program Files (x86)\Shollu3

Nambahin juga,
Ternyata saya juga mengalami hal yang sama,
Tidak bisa update lokasi (jogja seperti default/fix)

Kondisi Win 7 64 bit
Add Info, sama seperti di atas.

Please Re-Install using Administrator right
Right click Shollu setup, select "Run as administrator"
