Update & fix dependency versions #3

Hi, while I was attempting to try out this package I ran into some errors regarding your dependency setup. This PR resolves those issues I encountered.

By the ways - thanks for releasing this code! It served as a good reference for our team while building out our implementation.

Many years ago I was a programmer in the electronic payments industry, this interface represents what I would want in a library today. Thanks for the gratitude!

I also write a barcode-scanner library, have a couple of check scanners laying around and have experimented with writing a serial NFC library(I even have an old terminal or two...), so all these things may eventually roll together. If you have an opinion on that, I'd love to hear it.
