Fix documentation.js, API.md is useless #11

Documentation.js is creating a confusing API reference document.

Need to understand more about what I need to make effective documentation with it.

I posted a question asking about ordering. I can not make sense of it. I did find out that using @private will prevent the extra documentation from being shown for the public API.
