I found it hard to read your README without syntax highlighting, this adds that to the README.md. Thanks!

Hey @rawleyfowler,

I like your suggestion, but the README file is autogenerated by the build scripts from the POD located in Raisin.pm using Dist::Zilla::Plugin::ReadmeAnyFromPod.

If you find a way to make it work it the code highlighting, I'll happily accept your PR, but right now I have to close it.

Please feel free to re-open it if you find a way to generate the README file automatically.
