Fix a couple of Kwalitee issues #91

One issue remains on https://cpants.cpanauthors.org/release/RTKH/Raisin-0.87

Build.PL, LICENSE, META.json and README.md are all generated by Dist::Zilla. Might make sense to remove the first three from git.
